This workshop will cover any new tax laws passed in 2008 that impact small businesses and their owners, along with ways to take advantage of the new laws or ways to mitigate the consequences. The workshop will also cover various tax planning strategies for small businesses and their owners.  The time to impact the tax you pay is before the end of your tax year, not when you file your tax return.

Our presenter will be Terri Lillesand, a shareholder in our Sheboygan office. Terri's experience includes compliance and planning work for corporate, individual, partnership, non-profit and fiduciary taxpayers; compliance and planning for state and local tax issues; and representation of taxpayers before the Internal Revenue Service and state departments of revenue.
