Marcia brings 25 years of experience supervising Schenck’s payroll services and assisting small businesses with accounting and tax compliance needs. She also assists clients and Schenck internally with process improvement solutions to increase efficiencies and profitability. As the Administrator of the Green Bay office, Marcia oversees the administrative staff and operations of the 130 person facility.

Key Accomplishments

Marcia’s experience in public accounting compliments her ability to manage the economics of one of Schenck’s largest business units.
In leading the Payroll Services department, Marcia’s team of professionals process over 600 payrolls along with assisting clients with tax and compliance payroll concerns. Her team continually experiences annual growth by serving clients throughout Wisconsin.
Internally, Marcia has been involved with various process improvement initiatives including the implementation of a payroll services software solution, a practice management system, as well as the development of best practices and maximizing use of facility space in various locations.
